Parcel Delivery Experience

Design Problem

 

In this project, we worked with one of the largest parcel delivery fleets in the U.S. to understand their drivers’ unique needs and help them optimize their Last Mile Delivery process through the vehicle experience.

Approach

 

After conducting deep contextual research sessions, we unpacked the key opportunity areas then prioritized them with the client.

Following, we collaboratively generated concepts that would meet the needs of both our client and the drivers operating the vehicles. After combining and prioritizing we built a full-scale buck to prototype our key concepts. We tested these concepts with drivers and collaborated with other expert teams to develop a cohesive, holistic plan that would meet the client and drivers’ expectations.
